| Thank you for inquiring about Colonial America Inn. In case you're not familiar with us, Colonial America Inn is a attractive two-story brick, 48 unit inn which features interior or exterior rooms with either a king or two double beds. We have Cable TV with remote control , a private outdoor swimming pool, a basketball hoop, (you'll need to bring a basketball), and refrigerators and microwaves are available upon request. Continental breakfast is offered from 7 - 10:30 am.
One of our most outstanding features is our location. We're located only 3 blocks from the Colonial Historic area of Williamsburg, the Colonial Capital of America, which consists of 173 acres of restored 18th century buildings. You may park in our parking lot and not have to move your car all day.
If you're interested in beaches, We have people who stay here each season to visit Virginia Beach during the day and then spend the night here at our inn because it is often difficult to find an available room at the beach, or when they do it is to expensive. Both the bus station and the Amtrack depot are located one mile from us and the airport is located 15 minutes from us. (The college of William and Mary is located one and a half miles from us.)

Water Country USA, a water theme park, and Busch Gardens, an action packed entertainment park with a European theme including the countries of England, Germany, France, and Italy, plus the home of the Lochness Monster, considered one of the worlds largest roller coaster rides, is just two and one-half miles from us.
The pottery, one of Virginia's largest retail outlets and several plantations are locates within minutes from us, Second Street Restaurant and Tavern, a popular Williamsburg eating establishment, is located beside our parking lot. We also have a picnic area.
